Yogyakarta (04/06/2024) - The event titled Vorausten "Von hier aus starten" with the theme Y2K Back to School was successfully held at the Karawitan Lab, Faculty of Language, Arts, and Culture, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The event aimed to introduce the 2024 management of the German Language Education Student Association, or Bund der Deutsch Studenten (BDS), to students and lecturers.

Open gate began at 3:30 PM, led by the Chief Organizer, Muhammad Wildan Fahrozi. Hosts Lintang Gemilang Pratama and Kezia Novelly enlivened the atmosphere. About 180 guests attended, including the supervising lecturer, Diyan Fatimatuz Zahro, M.A.

The event opened with a lively performance by Käse 23 and EDSACOUSTIC, which captivated the audience. On the first floor, food stands and a photo booth added to the festive atmosphere with long queues of visitors eager to capture their moments.

The slogan "Schulspaß beginnt hier!" or "School Fun Starts Here!" echoed throughout the event, reflecting the enthusiasm and joy of the participants. The audience's excitement was evident, especially during guest star performances by Teater Misbah, Käse 21, Arunika Band, Regenbogen, Schmetterling, and Atap Langit.

Highlight of the event was closed by DJ Gampang Karaoke, who successfully got the attendees dancing in front of the stage with the committee. The event ran smoothly and successfully, with the audience appearing very entertained by the performances presented.

Overall, Vorausten "Von hier aus starten" succeeded in creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere, strengthening the camaraderie among students and energetically introducing the new management of the German Language Education Student Association. (Nindya)
